HUMANS RIGHTS IN COLOMBIA AND ALL AROUND THE WORLD


Every person is entitled to certain fundamental rights, simply by the fact of being human. These are called “human rights” rather than a privilege (which can be taken away at someone’s whim).
They are “rights” because they are things you are allowed to be, to do or to have. These rights are there for your protection against people who might want to harm or hurt you.
The pros of humans rights are that globalization protects people who are without laws, it spreads democracy and leadership, this gives humans right and securities wich are used to protect each individual person.
Without globalization human rights would not exist in many other counties other than USA and Great Britain. Democracy lets people make these lawa that protect a humans right.
 It helps avoid the miss use of power on people. Mang tyrannies like Germany, Great Britain and Russias violated human rights in a struggle for power. Leaders such as Adolf Hitler Joseph Stalin violated peoples humans right, tortured, killed and abused people, took away their freedoms and caused pain and suffering. Without Globalization Human Rights would not have been introduced to these countries living in Regimes and people could still being in tha mess today.
 The cons of humans rights are the inability to control many crimes, Peoples have not rights. They can be taken advantage of very easily. 
People have not rights to follow religions or their beliefs, cultures are lost in many countries, the jobs that are created can go against human rights with long hours and bad working conditions.

many countries with strong records of respect for human rights do not have such commissions. The creation of a national human rights commission can be an important mechanism for strengthening human rights protection, but it is not enough. It can never replace or diminish the safeguards inherent in an independent legal system and disciplined law enforcement forces.
